Purchasing intra-system and cross-system a|Adapters not only enables the rapid integration of individual BeamTuning products and mounted optics from asphericon, but also ensures high compatibility with popular optics systems. Intra-system a|Adapters allow, say, a|BeamExpanders to be used in both functional directions for the finer adjustment of magnification levels.

The a|Adapter tilt can even be tilted in different directions to compensate for any tilting in the beam path resulting from the specific application. The cross-system a|Adapter range includes adapters with C-mount and SM1 threads for easy integration into existing set-ups. Due to its external diameter, the 1.2" circumference adapters can be used as both intra-systems and cross-system adapters.
