Flexible large, 3D field processing

Through the dynamic focus system control, the Z-depth can reach 150mm with fine spot quality under 300*300mm to 600*600mm work field.

 

Smaller spot size

The minimum spot size could be 0.006mm. Even if under 600*600*1 50mm large field, the spot size is only 0.026mm, the thermal impact is little.
